The Medicine of the future will end the monopoly of synthetic pharmaceuticals based on the symptomatic treatment of patient’s. It will also end with the treatment of non-existent diseases such as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).

It will also draw to a close the sale of medicines for the great majority of mind related pseudo-diseases. By saying this I’m pointing out ‘diseases’ that have no neurological or endocrine basis and therefore have no genetic or cellular origin.

The reason being that in the next decade medicine will take a radical turn towards a genetically diagnosed and therapeutic genetic based science. This will leave in the past the effect -symptom- and pseudo causative approach.

With the new technology, mankind will obtain a vital advance transcending the classical mechanistic concepts of disease, converging towards biological information models, were order and chaos are directly proportional to the Biological Intelligence's capacity to process pro-survival information. A clear example of this is the immune intelligence and its capacity to learn.

The genetic diagnosis will be based in the study of chaos patterns -entropy- present in the nuclei of the Cellular Intelligence, i.e. Human Genome, which correspond with each type of disease.

For example, it has been determined that in diabetes there exists an alteration of the dinamic-homeokinetic equilibrium of 15 fundamental genes, of a grand total of 30 000 which constitute what is denominated the human genome.

The entropic patterns study will not be limited to genetic anomalies but will also include Meta-bonomics, technique used to identify the presence and concentration of metabolic and metabolites present in the biological system.

In other words a complete diagnose will be made on the basis of genetics and metabonomics.

The great importance of genetics and metabonomics is that they constitute a direct reflection of the state of the organism's cellular and biochemical intelligence, because the genes and the intelligent proteins may be seen as the organism's regulating software units which jointly constitute the global biological intelligence.

The advantages of this technology are such that it will allow the treatment of diseases from their very beginning and will oblige to treat the origin rather than the symptom, allowing making a follow-up of the treatment which effectiveness will immediately be reflected in the genetic and metabonomic axes.

To be continued.
