The foods that produce more energy with the smaller amount of waste and easy degradation are the fruits, followed by whole cereals and vegetables. These foods originate negative entropy that is to say, a tendency to order, reason why they should not be missing in our daily diet.

Energy is one of the elements that conform the triangle of health, according to the Systemic Medicine. It is necessary for the movement, the transformation of foods, the benefit of nutrients, the elimination of waste products and the construction and maintenance of the structure and cellular function.

According to the principles of physics, the combustion is incomplete, while greater is the amount of waste produces. An incomplete combustion generates positive entropy, that is to say, disorder. In man, chaos corresponds to disease.

Our organism uses foods as fuel, which has been classified in proteins, lipids and carbohydrates.

Proteins and fats are those that produce the greater amount of waste products, some of difficult handling such as xanthenes and ketones, and other toxic ones such as urea, creatinine and uric acid, substances that are related, directly or indirectly, with the appearance of diseases, such as: hypertension, lithiasis, atheromatosis, renal insufficiency, cardiovascular diseases, and others.  However, it is necessary to recognize the construction function of proteins.

Carbohydrates, however, are those that generate smaller amount of waste, as they are freed easily in the form of CO2 + water.

Some substances, such as fibers, perform purifying functions that facilitate the elimination of waste. One is them whole cereals, leguminous, fruits and vegetables crusts.

The process of flour, sugar and oils refining, as well as the excessive baking, de-mineralize, and denaturalize proteins, reducing the energy in food.  Also, chemical sweeteners, colorants and the necessary additives for the preservation of tinned foods, inlays or packaging, constitute a poor fuel for energy production, due to the great amount of toxins that they generate and the work that must be carried out by our organs for their elimination.

In conclusion, the foods that produce more energy with the smaller amount of waste and easy degradation, are fruits, followed by whole cereals and vegetables, which require little cooking.  These foods originate negative entropy that is to say, a tendency to order, reason why they should not be missing in our daily diet.
